What is an Auto-Donate Gift Card?
An Auto-Donate Gift Card works like a regular gift card, but any unused balance at the expiry date is automatically donated to a nominated charity, ensuring the funds go to a good cause.
How does the Auto-Donate Gift Card work?
You send someone a gift card as you normally would. They can spend it at participating stores until the expiry date. Any remaining funds after expiry are automatically transferred to your chosen charity.
Can I choose the charity?
Yes. You can select from a list of verified charities during setup, or let the recipient choose their preferred charity when they claim the card.
Can the recipient still use the full amount?
Absolutely. The recipient can use 100% of the funds before the expiry date. The donation feature only applies to any unspent balance at expiry.
Is it secure?
Yes. Our cards are powered by Airwallex and use your phones advanced security features like Touch ID, Face ID, and PIN protection to prevent unauthorised use.
